ArmInfo. The Minister of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Armenia Hrachya Rostomyan received the management staff of the official representative in Armenia of Davis Instruments Company - LLC "Locator", headed by the director of the company Arman Khachatryan.
According to the press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, during the meeting the participants discussed the possibilities of modernization and technical improvement of anti-hail facilities.
G. Rostomyan noted that in addition to the pilot program for the launch of rocket launchers in conjunction with the Russian Federation, it is possible to intensify cooperation with local producers and widely use those modern technologies that our domestic producers offer. "Simultaneously with the use of modern equipment imported from abroad, we must also realize local potential, giving preference to domestic producers, "he stressed.
During the meeting, the sides also discussed opportunities for expanding cooperation with companies offering technological solutions, noting that the Ministry of Emergency Situations is open for cooperation.
As a first step, the minister instructed in three days to explore the possibility of reinforcing an even greater number of companies to the system of the 911 MES.
