ArmInfo.Armenian President Armen Sarkissian visited Soft Constract IT company, where he got acquainted with the company development program, investments made, jobs created, offered services and communicated with employees. This was reported by the press office of the President of Armenia.
Note that Soft Constract was founded in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. The company works in the field of information technology, in particular, is engaged in multi-discipline programming. Currently, the company has offices in more than 14 countries and over 500 partners.
According to the National Statistical Service of Armenia, the IT sector of Armenia as of the end of 2017 reached a 13.6% growth, providing an annual revenue of 269.1 billion drams ($ 557.5 million). According to the statistical data, 80.1% of the total volume of the IT sector's revenue comes from the provision of services. Considering the final GDP for 2017, the share of the IT sector was about 5%.
