According to Turstat agency analysts, Burabai (Borovoye) resort in Kazakhstan, Issyk-Kul lake in Kyrgyzstan, Lake Naroch in Belarus, Bilgi beaches of Baku city on the Caspian coast in Azerbaijan and Lake Sevan in Armenia are among the top five popular resorts. On the resorts of CIS countries, Russian tourists come to rest in summer for a period of 7 to 14 days. Rest at the resorts of the CIS countries will cost from $ 50 to $ 100 per day. The cheapest is Issyk-Kul ($ 50), and most expensive at Bilgah resorts on the Caspian Sea ($ 100). On Lake Sevan - $ 70 per day. The resorts of the CIS countries come from Russian tourists from Moscow, Moscow region, St. Petersburg, the Southern Urals and Siberia.
The rating is compiled based on the results of the analysis of tourists' visits to the resorts. Note that the number of tourists visiting Armenia in 2017, compared with 2016, increased by 18.7%.
