In the investigation department of the Criminal Investigation Department, criminal cases were instituted on the fact of evasion of LLC Sargsyan Import and Arm&Man from taxes in especially large amounts. According to preliminary estimates, the state suffered damage in the amount of 2 billion AMD.
As the press service of the SRC reports, the organizations were engaged in importing various kinds of goods from Turkey, China, EAEU member states, wholesale and retail trade, export to EAEU member states, goods imported from third countries.
As part of the preliminary investigation, it was revealed that the so-called "cargo" companies were transporting to Armenia and customs clearance of goods belonging to different economic entities.
According to information received, the real owner of "Arm&Man" is the owner of the tourist company "Yerevan Tour", located at the address: Tumanyan - Karlen Mkrtchyan, and "Sargsyan Import" - Bagrat Navoyan - director of the tourist company "Bagratour" (M. Saryan St.).
Within the framework of the criminal case, on the basis of the Court's decision, a search was carried out at 10 addresses, including at the offices of the above-mentioned tourist companies, as a result of which documents of accounting and money were identified and confiscated. In addition, within the framework of the criminal case, a number of persons were summoned for questioning. At the moment, relevant investigative and operational-search measures are being taken to identify the amount of damage inflicted on the state and its restoration.
