ArmInfo.Chairman of the Central Bank of Armenia Artur Javadyan left for a working visit to Basel (Switzerland), where he will take part in the 88th annual general meeting of the Bank for International Settlements (BIS).
As the press service of the Central Bank reports, the participants will discuss issues related to the regulation of the financial system, international banking standards, and current challenges in the field of banking supervision. At the same time, the annual report of BIS will be presented at the meeting.
According to the source, a number of meetings with the heads of partner structures are envisaged within the framework of the visit.
