VTB Bank (Armenia) launched a Claim Center

ArmInfo.VTB Bank (Armenia) launched a special Claiming Center in order to improve the quality of customer service and conduct the most efficient and effective work  with offers, requests and complaints from its customers. The press  service of the Bank informed ArmInfo.

Striving for maximum availability for all categories of customers and  meeting the needs of each of them, VTB Bank (Armenia) offers the  following 8 ways of communication with the Bank: appeals through  social networks; postal circulation; appeals through the "Boxes of  complaints and proposals", located in all offices of the Bank;  sending a message through the Bank's website; sending a written  request to the email [email protected]; calls in the 24/7 mode to the  Bank's Contact Center at 8787; card claims; inquiries of problem  borrowers.

Prior to the creation of the Claiming Center, the Bank conducted a  number of automations and optimizations of business processes in  order to minimize the response time to customer appeals.

The Bank periodically analyzes all customer requests and takes  measures to improve products, processes, functionality of remote  service channels, etc., which will lead to a gradual decrease in  incoming applications.

The Bank attaches great importance to the process of studying  customer appeals and highly appreciates cooperation in this area with  the Central Bank and the Financial Ombudsman of the Republic of  Armenia.

The time for consideration of applications is 10 working days from  the receipt of the appeal, but the clarifications/consultations of  clients begin already from the moment of receipt of the appeal.

In case of any comments, suggestions or offers on the quality of  service in our Bank, one may leave message, which will be  compulsorily reviewed by the Bank's management and will not remain  unanswered.

VTB Bank (Armenia) CJSC became a participant in the international  financial group VTB in April 2004.  At present, VTB Bank, the second  largest bank in Russia, owns 100% of VTB Bank (Armenia).
