ArmInfo. Salaries of primary health care staff (polyclinics and ambulant clinics) will be increased by about 15%, starting from August 1, Minister of Healthcare Arsen Torosyan said in his video address.
According to him, this reform is being implemented due to saving internal funds, without attracting additional budgetary funding. "The matter concerns the amount of 700 million drams," the Minister said, adding that this reform will involve 10,000 primary healthcare workers.
At the same time, he urged health care employees to fulfill their duty at high level and show real results: "Be vigilant, dear colleagues," the Minister concluded.
