According to the Prime Minister, during the working meetings he found out that Armenia continues to make payments on external credit programs that have not been implemented. "That is, the loan agreement was signed, its implementation did not start, but Armenia pays for the obligations and even pays fines." The main reason is that the signed bilateral or trilateral credit agreements have been foiled by one of the parties, "Pashinyan said. He called such practice strange and said that such cases are worthy of detailed study.
In this regard, Nikol Pashinyan instructed the ministers to identify all such programs in relation to ministries and departments and submit to the government staff their entire list.
