The data of the State Committee of Real Estate Cadastre of Armenia, published in the report of the Statistical Committee, testify to this.
According to the State Cadastre, the highest prices for apartments in the regions are traditionally fixed in the resort town of Tsakhkadzor - 288 thousand drams / 1 sq. M. on average, with an annual decline of 5.6%. Then follows the city of Abovyan, where the price of apartment buildings is fixed at 158.5 thousand drams / 1 sq. M., With an annual growth of 6.7%. And for the first time, the three leaders are closed by the city of Goris with the cost per square meter of apartment at 135.8 thousand drams, with an annual growth of 8.6%.
The lowest prices are fixed in Dastakert (Syunik region) - 21.4 thousand drams / 1 sq. M., With an annual growth of 2.7 times, followed by the city of Tumanyan - 22.7 thousand drams / 1 sq. M., Which is 2 times higher than a year ago. And the low price of apartments was fixed in Shamlukh (Lori region) - 28.3 thousand drams / 1 sq. M., With an annual growth of 3.5 times.
In general, in the republic in the reporting period, transactions on the purchase and sale of apartments in multi-apartment buildings were 1,619, with an annual growth of 19.5%. Of these, 529 transactions were concluded on the sale of apartments in the regions of Armenia, which is more than a year ago 15.3%.
It should be noted that the State Committee of the Real Estate Cadastre of the Republic of Armenia changed the format of the report and calculated the prices of real estate according to the new methodology, starting with the data for the first quarter of 2018, in which information on the prices of private houses is missing. Henceforth, in the State Cadastre reports on real estate prices data on private houses will not be published. The prices in the reports of previous periods were also corrected in connection with the calculation using the new methodology in order to ensure comparability with the reporting reporting period.
