
ArmInfo.In the framework of the International Forum "Eurasian Week", held in Yerevan from October 22 to 24, the results of the International Competition of Innovative Projects "Eurasian Digital Platforms" were summed up.
The competition is held to find and support new digital initiatives and projects that can contribute to the development of the EAEU Integrated Information System, taking into account the implementation of the main directions of the Union's digital agenda. Over 300 projects took part in the competition. According to the results of the semi-finals, which were held in each of the five Member States, 20 projects reached the final. As a result, the jury selected winners in four nominations, another project received a jury sympathy prize.
As member of the Board (Minister) on domestic markets, informatization, information and communication technologies of the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) Karine Minasyan informed, many interesting projects participated in the competition, which have the right to scale over the entire space of the EAEU. Five winning companies will continue to implement digital transformation projects of the Eurasian Economic Union. ''In 2019, we want to turn our competition into a permanent international platform for the examination and exchange of practical experience in the field of digital transformation of the economy of the EAEU member states. This platform should be a catalyst for the formation of a pool of consortia and cooperation ties in all of our priorities and directions, "Karine Minasyan noted. "This approach will significantly speed up the implementation of the digital agenda and form a Eurasian ecosystem in most sectors of the economy."
The Apilog.kz project (Republic of Kazakhstan) won in the nomination "The Digital Future of the EAEU". The author of the project is Askar Atuyov.
