The Minister of Energy  Infrastructures and Natural Resources of the Republic of Armenia was  entrusted to make changes to the company charter by registering them  at the expense of the company.Note that the Closed Joint-Stock  Company "High-Voltage Electric Networks" was established on the basis  of a government decree of November 23, 1999. The company's balance  sheet includes accounting for 13 220 kV substations and 2 110 kV  substations, the total capacity of 33 power transformers operating on  which is 2,561.0 MVA, and one Agarak switching point - 220 kV. 

The power of existing power transformers installed at 220 kV and 110  kV substations is sufficient for the transmission of consumed  electricity; - the total length of overhead lines with design  parameters 330. 220, 110 kV is 1914.73 km, including 127.62 km - 330  kV, 1366.51 km - 220 kV, 420.6 km - 11-kV, 26 , 58 km of which are  located on the territory of Georgia, and also 9.6 km - at 10 and 6  kV; - wind power plant "Lori" with 4 units with a total capacity of  2.64 MW. The power system of the Republic of Armenia through the  Agarak 220kV switching point is connected to the energy system of the  Islamic Republic of Iran via the Agar - 1.2 interstate lines at 220  kV, and 110 kV from the Alaverdi air lines, 220 kV power system of  the Republic of Georgia.
