The press service of the bank told ArmInfo, saying that repair work had been going on for several months in a room designed for the Contact Center employees: the technological component, the color scheme of the interior and the design of the recreation area were carefully chosen.
As a result, the Contact Center of VTB Bank (Armenia) is equipped with all the necessary modern equipment and solved in bright, summer tones. For employees, there is also a comfortable spacious seating area, where operators can relax and rejuvenate, as well as fitness equipment and a multifunctional kitchen are installed so that employees enjoy their work.
