RA Ministry of Agriculture: Agricultural loans under the state  subsidy program are available at a rate of 5%, and 3% for farmers`  cooperatives 

ArmInfo. As part of the state program of subsidizing agroloans, for beneficiaries loans are available at an interest rate of 5%. Moreover, if farmers unite into  cooperatives, the rate for this state program will be 3%.

As reported by the press service of the Ministry of Agriculture of  the Republic of Armenia, for business entities residing in border  settlements, who receive social support, loans are available at a 0%  interest rate.  Agricultural loans under this state program are  provided in the amount of 3 million to 15 million drams, with a  maturity of up to 5 years.
