ArmInfo. There are factors that contribute to attracting foreign investment, and there are factors that hinder them, but Armenia is doing everything to increase its investment attractiveness. This opinion was expressed by Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan at a press conference in St. Petersburg, answering ArmInfo's question that the unresolved Karabakh problem may be an obstacle to attracting investments from international business into the country.
As Pashinyan stressed, due to the presence of these factors, there is no country in the world, a territory falling under the notion of "investment paradise". He expressed confidence that today Armenia is able to significantly increase its investment attractiveness through ensuring stability and security in the region. "We can ensure investment security in our country," Pashinyan stressed, noting that not only Armenia, but also Nagorno-Karabakh (Artsakh) are seriously working on this issue, developing investment projects that are attractive for international business.
