The out-of-competition program will be presented by the competition "Regional Panorama". Deputy Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sport of Armenia Ara Khzmalyan stressed that Golden Apricot is one of those projects that improves the country's rating in the world. "For us, the festival is of strategic importance, since events of this format are a good platform for representing the country and its cultural heritage to the world," the deputy minister said.
