Ardshinbank Offers New Refinancing Terms

ArmInfo.Ardshinbank offers new refinancing terms. Customers have the opportunity to transfer consumer loans secured by real estate pledge from other banks and credit organizations in RA to Ardshinbank with 3% lower annual interest rate, extending the loan term and reducing the monthly burden of loan repayment. Moreover, when refinancing a loan, Ardshinbank provides a "Credit Vacation", which means that the customer is free not to make any repayments for the first six months*.

The minimum requirements for refinancing a loan are the on-time repayments made by the customer before or his positive credit history. In order to apply for refinancing on the above terms, the customers must visit any branch of the Bank with an identity document and a pledge of property.

The annual interest rate of the loan has dropped to 13%*, the maximum credit limit has increased up to AMD 150 million, the maximum term is now 10 years, and the loan is available at 100% LTV ratio. Moreover, the loan is provided without a mandatory requirement for income analysis.
