As the press service of the Ministry of Economy of Armenia reports, the exhibition is one of the key events in which more than 500 companies demonstrate their latest products and are looking for the edge of interaction with partners in consumer markets.
The chairman of the Armenian Marketing Association, a public organization coordinating the participation of the Armenian delegation at the exhibition, Aram Navasardyan, summing up the results of the exhibition, noted the importance of the presence of representatives of the Armenian delegation at this major event in the sector, "which with their original products occupy a unique standard in this key regional market." "The participating companies have expanded cooperation with traditional partners, as well as created new business ties with partners in target markets," the Armenian Ministry of Economy said.
According to the source, the participation of Armenian companies at the exhibition was coordinated within the framework of the state support program for the implementation of measures stipulated by the Industrial Policy Strategy, aimed at stimulating exports by the Armenian Marketing Association. The choice of the latter was made as a result of a competition announced by the Ministry of Economy of Armenia. It should be noted that, according to the data of the Statistical Committee of the Republic of Armenia, in the first half of 2019, jewelry production in Armenia decreased by 31.8% - to 17.5 billion ladies ($ 36.1 million).
