Due to the fact that the category of agricultural land used by the company has not been changed, taxes in the amount of about 299 million drams have not been received in the community budget. For the same reason, the amount of unpaid rent payments for 2016-2018. amounted to 7.8 million drams, and land tax - 2.6 million drams. According to the legislation, the responsibility for the implementation of all norms in land use lies with the regional and community administrations. As a result of the failure to fulfill its direct powers by the administration of the Lori region and the administration of the Stepanavan community in 2015-2019, the amount of damage amounted to about 309.4 million drams. A criminal case has been instituted under clause 1 of part 2 of article 184 of the RA Criminal Code and part 2 of article 308 of the RA Criminal Code. A preliminary investigation is underway.
