ArmInfo. In 2020, the first modern tourist bus station in Armenia will open in Lori region, where tourists can stop and relax during their trip. This was announced at the December 20 press conference by RA Deputy Minister of Economy Naira Margaryan. According to her, at the station, tourists will be able to refuel their vehicle, relax, use the bathroom. In addition, the station will have a travel information center, a coffee shop, a shop and a small conference room.
<As part of this initiative, we intend to support small business as well. The store operating at the station will sell products manufactured by local SMEs. Thus, we intend to stimulate the sale of domestic products>, Margaryan emphasized.
The Deputy Minister noted that at this stage, all entrepreneurs interested in the project can contact the Investor Support Center (formerly referred to as the National SME Development Center - Ed. note) to become participants in this project. -l-
