ArmInfo. Chairman of the Central Bank of Armenia Arthur Javadyan left for Amsterdam to participate in a high-level conference organized by the Central Bank of the Netherlands on the topic "Opportunities for developing financial systems and existing challenges".
This conference will bring together the heads of central / national banks of the countries of the Netherlands / Belgium IMF and WB subgroups and representatives of international financial organizations and academia. As the Central Bank of Armenia press service told ArmInfo, the conference will discuss issues related to the impact of energy transformation on the economy and financial system, as well as challenges and opportunities created.
During the visit, A. Javadyan will hold a series of meetings with heads of partner structures and other financial organizations.
Note that the Netherlands / IMF and WB subgroup includes 15 countries, in particular Armenia, Ukraine, Belgium, Georgia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Israel, Luxembourg, Macedonia, Moldova, the Netherlands, Romania. The annual meetings of the countries of the subgroups are important events in which leading European and world dignitaries of the financial system and leading experts participate.
