Beeline closes offices and postpones payments due to Coronavirus

ArmInfo.Beeline Armenia has announced that it will close all sale and customer care office on March 17, with the exception of the office on 24/1 Azatutyun St,  which will work daily from 9am until 6pm.

According to the press service of the company, it is estimated at the  moment that the office will resume working on April 1, and the  company will make a corresponding at the time.

Beeline has added that it will postpone the payments of subscribers  of post-paid tariff plans and COMBO bundles for one month.  The  company has also created conditions for subscribers to manage their  accounts and services online.  Payments for Beeline internet services  (mobile and fixed-line) can be made here or via BeeMoney app.   Account and services can be managed at any given time from anywhere  via My Beeline Armenia app.  Phones and SIM cards can be ordered on  E-shop.  Beeline customer service line is available 24/7 at 0611  mobile and 100 fixed-line number.
