Tourism Committee notifies foreign citizens entering Armenia about  regulations in connection with COVID-19

ArmInfo. As a result of the gradual easing of restrictions on COVID-19, non- RA citizens are allowed to enter Armenia. This is stated in the statement of the  Tourism Committee of Armenia.

<As a result of the gradual easing of restrictions on COVID-19,  non-citizens of the Republic of Armenia are allowed to enter Armenia.  Currently, the regulations are as follows: after entering the  territory of Armenia by air, a medical examination of a citizen is  immediately carried out in order to identify the symptoms of  coronavirus. After passing the appropriate examination, the entering  person is subject to self-isolation for 14 days in the event that  hospitalization or other restrictive measures are not applied due to  the detection of symptoms.

A person in self-isolation can voluntarily, on a paid basis, undergo  a PCR test to diagnose coronavirus (COVID-19). In this case, testing  should be carried out at the place of self-isolation, during the  visit of a specialist in the corresponding laboratory. In total, 41,299 cases of coronavirus were confirmed in Armenia,  34,164 people recovered, 814 died. At the moment, 6,082 patients are  receiving actual treatment.
