
ArmInfo.IDBank will start issuing and primary placement of the next tranche of USD bonds in the amount of $ 5 million on August 27. According to the issue prospectus of this issue posted on the Central Bank's website, the completion of the primary placement of this tranche is scheduled for November 26.
Among IDBank's dollar bond issues, this will be the 9th one. According to the issue prospectus, the circulation period of the bonds of this issue (AMANLBB2BER9) is set at 27 months, the annual coupon interest rate is 4.75%, and the coupon payment frequency is quarterly. Within this tranche, 50 thousand units of registered, coupon, non-documentary bonds will be issued, each with a par value of $ 100. The maturity terms of bonds of this tranche is set on November 27, 2022. The decision on this issue was made by the Council of IDBank on March 20, 2020, and the Bank's Board - on August 20.
According to the Armenian Stock Exchange AMX, as of August 24, there are 5 tranches of IDBank's bonds in circulation: four dollars in the total volume of $ 20 million and one dram in the volume of 250 million AMD. These tranches expire in 2021-2022: two dollars in 2021 (January and August), and the remaining two dollars and one dram in 2022 (February and October).
To note, for the first time in its history, IDBank issued coupon bonds in December 2016, the issue volume of which was $ 5 million, maturity is 2 years. The annual yield for the first dollar issue of IDBank's bonds was 6.5%, and already with the eighth issue, carried out on July 22, 2020, the coupon yield was set at 4.75%. With IDBank's bonds in dram tranches, the yield on the first issue (in the amount of 1 billion) was 12.25%, and on the second (in the amount of 250 million) - 9.5%. Bonds of all IDBank's dollar issues were quoted on the exchange in the main Abond list, and the first dram tranche was quoted in the same list, and the second dram tranche was quoted in the Bbond list.
To recall, IDBank has been operating in the Armenian market since October 1996. The Bank's shareholders are the Cypriot company FISTOCO LTD with a 59.68% stake and Lebanese CreditBank S.A.L - 40.32%. The indirect majority shareholders are individuals: Tarek J. Khalefe (CreditBank S.A.L) and Vartan Dilanyan (FISTOCO LTD).
