This is stated in the issue prospectus of this issue, posted on the website of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia, according to which it is planned to complete the placement of these two issues on June 22, 2021. As part of the dollar tranche, 200 thousand bonds with a nominal value of $100 will be issued. The coupon yield is set at 4.5%. The frequency of coupon payments is provided once a quarter. The full repayment of this tranche is scheduled for October 12, 2023.
Within the framework of the dram tranche, 50 thousand bonds with a nominal value of 100 thousand drams will be issued. The coupon yield is set at 9.5%. The frequency of coupon payments is provided once a quarter. The full repayment of this tranche is also scheduled for October 12, 2023.

According to AMH, as of April 8, 20 issues of Ameriabank's bonds are listed on the stock exchange - 13 USD and 7 AMD. The total volume of issues of dollar issues is $111.21 million, and AMD-27.1 billion. The repayment of dollar tranches will take place in 2021-2023: in May, September and November 2021-four tranches; in February, June, July, October and December 2022 - six tranches; in March and May 2023 - three tranches. And the dram tranches will be repaid in September 2021 (one), in February, July and November 2022 (four), in March and April 2023 (two). For dollar tranches, the coupon yield established at the time of issue ranged from 4.25-5.5%, and for dram tranches-in the range of 9-9. 75%. In 2021, one dram tranche (in September) and four dollar tranches (in May, September and November) will be fully repaid.
