At  the same time, the Deputy Prime Minister said that free passenger  transportation from Armenia to Artsakh has been carried out since  November.  He also said that to solve housing issues - construction  and providing citizens with housing, a working group was created,  which included a number of deputies. For this purpose, as already  stated, the Armenian government will provide 52 billion drams. In  addition, soon the government of Artsakh, according to the Deputy  Prime Minister, will approve a program to cover the damage caused to  the property of legal entities and individuals.

Within the framework of this new program, the Armenian government, as  he further noted, also intends to provide financial assistance.
