The second largest in terms of number in the regions are transactions for the purchase and sale of private houses (16.3%), followed by, with a small margin, transactions with apartments (14.3%). Quite small shares cover operations for the sale and purchase of garages (3.9%), public and industrial buildings - 3.7% and 1.5%, respectively.
According to the source, in the regions of Armenia there were 1,108 transactions for the purchase and sale of apartments with an annual decline of 15.7%, with a quarterly growth of 5.6%.
