20th International Specialized Exhibition   opened in Yerevan

20th International Specialized Exhibition <Food & Drinks EXPO-2021>  opened in Yerevan

ArmInfo.The 20th International Specialized Exhibition has opened in Yerevan. The exhibition, which will last for three days, is organized by the LOGOS EXPO Center together with the Union of Manufacturers and Businessmen  of Armenia.

According to the organizers of the event, the main goal of the event  is to support food companies and organizations in providing the  market with high-quality products available to a wide range of  consumers.  The exhibition is also aimed at presenting the latest  technologies in the field of food and processing industries,  establishing contacts and mutually beneficial cooperation between  manufacturers.

The exhibition has united representatives of the leading companies in  the food industry, business, wholesale and retail trade,  manufacturers and suppliers under one roof. As part of the event,  more than 80 local and foreign companies from Armenia, Artsakh,  Russia, Belarus and Iran will present various products and services  in the food industry.

Welcoming the participants of the event, Minister of Economy of  Armenia Vahan Kerobyan noted that in the 21st century innovations can be applied in the food industry, the latest technologies can be  introduced, the work of the enterprise can be digitized. "I hope that during these three days we will see new technological and digital solutions, and the participants will make the most of this opportunity and lay the foundation for long-term cooperation," he said. 

Kerobyan also stressed that the Ministry of Economy pays great  attention to the food industry and is ready to support  representatives of the industry so that they make the transition from  traditional solutions to innovative ones as soon as possible. "The  exhibition provides an opportunity for enterprises operating in this  sector to assess the competitiveness of their products, establish new  business relationships and expand export opportunities," the head of  the department emphasized.
