
ArmInfo. The American company Wabtec is showing interest in the Armenian market. Representative of the company Lars Hickey met with Deputy Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructures Armen Simonyan, during which the possibilities of a company with a 150-year history and supplying equipment and systems for freight and transit rail transportation to the world market were presented.
The parties discussed the possibilities of using the company's products in the modernization of the Armenian railways and underground. Simonyan stressed the possibility of effective cooperation, adding that it should be considered both in the context of bilateral and multilateral trade and economic cooperation within the EAEU.
