ArmInfo.Sevan may become a source of investment attraction. Armenian Minister of Economy Vahan Kerobyan stated this.
In this context, he said that it is planned to develop a plan for the full development of Sevan with the involvement of architectural bureaus from Russia and the Netherlands. As a result, as Kerobyan explained, Sevan will no longer be associated with a place of seasonal recreation, and thanks to the program, it will be possible to organize leisure in this area at any time of the year. In addition, according to him, the possibility of creating an environment for permanent residence is being considered.
"However, everything should be ordered and regulated in accordance with urban planning documentation, so as not to harm nature, and at the same time become an attractive place for investors," he added.
