ArmInfo.About 67.8 million drams will be allocated from the government's reserve fund for the construction of a drinking water pipeline in the Yenokavan community of the Tavush region of the Republic of Armenia. The corresponding decision was made on October 28 at the meeting of the RA government.
The total cost of the water pipeline is 83.8 million, of which 67.8 million drams will be provided by the state in the form of a subvention, the investments of the community itself will amount to 16 million drams.
As stated in the explanation to the document, the influx of tourists to this community has recently increased, however, the lack of water supply negatively affects the tourist attractiveness of Yenokavan. Residents of the community - 159 families, about 545 people are deprived of access to drinking water, the document says.
