Bank loans of all the member-stats will be available to citizens of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU), Iya Malkina, Assistant to the Chairman of the Eurasian Economic Commission, stated during a Yerevan-Bishkek-Minsk-Nursultan video conference, referring to statement by Russian Premier Mikhail Mishustin.
"Loans will be freely available to Union citizens irrespective of their nationality," she said. Malkina reported that the governments reached agreements on exchange of credit histories, which will promote mutual trade.
At the Friday meting of the EAEU Intergovernmental Council the Russian premier reported the five signed an agreement on exchange of information in credit histories. "The EAEU citizens will be afforded equal opportunities in applying for loans in the entire EAEU territory. Banks will be able to check their clients` histories irrespective of their passports and, after analyzing risks, decide for or against lending," he said.
