ArmInfo.A 6.3% rise in real estate prices was recorded in Yerevan this October as compared with last October - up to AMD 350,400 for 1sq meter, with a monthly rise of 1.3%.
The highest real estate prices were in the Kentron (Center) community - an average of AMD 665,200 for 1 sq meter (a year-on-year rise of 7.2%, and a monthly rise of 2.3%). The second leader is the Arabkir community - AMD 473,000 for 1sq meter (a rise of 7.4% and 0.6% respectively). The third leader is the Davitashen community - AMD 335,000 for 1sq meter (a rise of 4.1% and 1.5% respectively). The lowest prices were recorded in the Nubarashen community - AMD 186,000 for 1sq meter (a rise of 6% and 1% respectively).
A total of 5,538 real estate businesses were recorded in Yerevan this October - a 16.8% year-on-year increase and a monthly increase of 16.8%. The share purchase-and-sale deals is 29.3% (1,654 delas) - a year-on-year increase of 19.1% and a monthly increase of 1.3%.
Percentage wise, most of the deals were recorded in the Center community (15.4%) and the least in the Nubarashen community (0.7%). A total of 439 real estate leases were recorded in Yerevan, their share in the total number of deals being 7.7% - a 28% year-on-year increase and a 2.8% monthly increase.
The share of apartment in the total number of real estate businesses was 65.1% or 1,078 deals - a 27.1% year-on-year increase and a 2.6% monthly increase. Deals with private houses numbered 202 (12.2%) - a ear-on-year increase of 17.4% and a monthly decline of 3.8%), followed by 130 land deals (7.8%) - a 4.8% year-on-year increase and a 20.4% monthly increase, 122 deals with garages (7.3%) - a year-on-year decline of 15.3% and a monthly decline of 14.1%, 108 deals with public buildings (6.5%) - a year-on-year increase of 25.6%), and 14 deals with production buildings (0.8%) - a year-on-year decline of 6.7%.
A total of 17,643 real estate businesses were recorded in Armenia this October - a 43.3% year-on-year increase. Of these, a total of 5,124 purchase-and-sale deals (29%) were recorded - a 28.3% year-on-year increase. A total of 1,516 purchase-and-sale deals with flats were recorded in Armenia this October - a 23.3% year-on-year increase and a monthly decline of 3.7%.
