ArmInfo.Armenia's Parliament, on Wednesday, adopted, at its second reading, a bill on the recipients of compensations for damages caused to servicemen's health and of servicemen's life insurance indemnities.
The Parliament discussed the first reading of the legislation initiated by the MP Hayk Sargsyan on January 19.
According to the bill, in the case of a serviceman's death, his being recognized as missing, not only to his wife, children or parents, but also to his other relatives (brothers, sisters, grandparents) will be among recipients of compensation.
