<Interaction between the authorized competent authorities will be conducted electronically. And the very procedure for assigning and calculating the size of the pension is carried out in accordance with the legislation of the country for whose pension the worker claims>, she said.
According to the head of the Department, the export of pensions will be carried out through an international financial organization. In particular, she noted that today 2 banks are being considered - the Interstate Bank and the Eurasian Development Bank. "Each country independently chooses the Bank through which the export of pensions will be carried out," Omurbekova stressed.
It should be noted that according to the situation at the end of 2021, according to the data of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation in Russia, the total number of labor migrants from Armenia exceeded 300 thousand citizens.
In January 2021, the Agreement on Pension Provision for Workers of the EAEU Countries was developed by the Eurasian Economic Commission together with the states of the Eurasian Economic Union. Its main goal is the formation, preservation and implementation of the pension rights of workers on the same terms as citizens of the state of employment.
