
ArmInfo. A special working group has been established within the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Armenia to provide support to businesses, which are planning to move to or set up new businesses in Armenia. This is stated in the official statement of the department.
According to the source, specialists from the National Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship of the Ministry of Economy and the Enterprise Armenia Foundation will provide full assistance in all processes of integrating businesses and opening new businesses in Armenia.
For this purpose, there is a quick response e-mail address, to which interested economic entities can send their questions ([email protected]). According to the Ministry of Economy, the email should contain the following information: company name and field of activity; number of employees; approximate dates for moving the business; main issues/questions related to the relocation of the business;; contact person details who our specialists will keep direct communication with.
In connection with the Russian military invasion of Ukraine on the night of February 25-26, the European Union published the text of the next package of sectoral sanctions against Russian state bodies and enterprises in the Official Journal. In addition to the Ministry of Defense, the Foreign Intelligence Service and the presidential administration, it included about 60 companies with state participation in the energy and industrial sectors, including the defense complex.
