Qatar interested in Armenian agricultural products, mutton 

ArmInfo. Qatari business circles are interested in importing agricultural products,  particularly dried fruits, as well as mutton from Armenia, RA  Minister of Economy Vahan Kerobyan wrote in a Facebook post following  his meeting with Mr Khalifa Bin Jassim Al-Thani, Chairman of the  Qatar Chamber in Doha. 

The sides discussed issues of food safety and the possibility of  Armenia importing fertilizers from Qatar. 

In the first half of 2021, Armenia's exports to Qatar totaled  $314,400, a 68.5% year-on-year decline. Sheep and goats constituted  92.4% of Armenia's exports to Qatar. 

Armenia's imports from Qatar totaled $68,500, a 71.7% year-on-year  decline. Polyethylene constituted 93% of Armenia's imports from  Qatar
