ArmInfo.Artificial intelligence is our present, not future, Sergey Arakelyan, Digital Banking Director, IDBank told ArmInfo during an online conference on information security held by the IDBank jointly with IDram.
The IDBank is actively using AI instruments and plans to expand their use in the future. It will enable process optimization and higher-level security. Mr Arakelyan said that the IDBank is practicing 3D identification of clients. Artificial intelligence is also employed for network and system protection.
"The AI will be used worldwide at a much higher level in the foreseeable future, which will reduce risks, including fraud risks, to a minimum," Arakelyan said.
He pointed out that AI application enhances clients' safety by examining their conduct. If risks are identified, the system signals a need for safety upgrading.
IDBank launched its activities in Armenia in October 1996. It is one of the innovation banks in Armenia.
