The volume of AraratBank bonds of the 22nd issue expires  

ArmInfo. The USD-denominated bonds issued by ARARATBANK Open Joint Stock Company on April 21 have been fully underwritten.

"We planned to place the bonds within a three-month period between April 21 and July 21, 2022 inclusive, however, we should note that the bonds were placed within 8 days, which reflects the high level of interest and trust of investors in AraratBank,” - said Anahit Shakaryan, Head of Investment Banking Department of AraratBank.

According to the press service of AraratBank, 200,000 bonds for a total volume of USD 5,000,000 with a coupon yield of 4.75% per annum, a nominal value of USD 25 and a maturity of 27 months have been placed.
