ArmInfo. The salary arrears of the employees of the Nairit Chemical Plant in Yerevan for 2022 will be paid off. The decision on this was made at the meeting of the RA government on May 5.
According to the relevant calculations, by 2022, the salary, other equivalent payments, including taxes provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia, and other mandatory payments for all 216 employees per month will be approximately AMD 31000.0 thousand drams, and for 12 months - about 372000.0 thousand drams. The chemical giant of Armenia - the Nairit Plant has been idle since March 2010. The company completely shut down in 2014. Until the end of the 1980s, the plant's products accounted for 10-12% of the global synthetic rubber market.
