Armenia`s government to allocate  $10mln to road renovation 

ArmInfo.Armenia's Cabinet has approved a decision on the allocation of AMD 4.75bln ($10mln) for renovation of a number of roads and preparation for design work and for technical  control services.  

Armenia's Minister of Territorial Administration Gnel Sanosyan  reported that AMD 4.536bln will be allocated to construction, AMD  76mln to design work, AMD 16mln to export services, AMD 86mln to  technical control, and AMD 34mln authorial control.

Armenia's Premier Nikol Pashinyan presented a number of large-scale  construction projects at their final stage and the ones to be  launched this year. Among them is a 17-km-long section of the M2  interstate motorway (Areni-Arpi- Yeghegnadzor), 16.9-km-long  Ssaravan-Saranaj highway, 13.1-km-long Vardavak-Khdrants-Agarak  highway, 5.9-km- long Martuni-Astkhadzor section. Among the projects  are also the renovation of 1-km-long section of the Alashkert highway  and capital renovation of Surb Vardan street in Stepanavan.  

This year, the renovation work on the road toward the historical  monument Noravank in Vayots Dzor, of the Berdlik- Aigestan road in  Ararat province, Aigavan-Yeeghegnavan highway, Aghvani-Tatev highway  bypassing Verin Khotanan, and others.
