ArmInfo.Armenia and Ethiopia are considering the possibilities of developing cooperation in the field of e-governance and technology education. This became known following the meeting of Deputy Minister of High-Tech Industry of Armenia Gevorg Mantashyan with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ethiopia to Armenia Alemayehu Tegenu Aargau.
According to the press service of the department, the Deputy Minister presented the guest with the directions of the Ministry's activities, touched upon the process of digitalization, the development of start- ups, and programs in the field of technological education.
Touching upon the upcoming international forum Starmus VI, which will be held in Armenia from September 5-10, Gevorg Mantashyan invited the Ethiopian delegation to take part in such a significant event.
In turn, the Ambassador spoke about the achievements of Ethiopia in the technological field, in particular in the context of the development of industrial centers, ecosystems, and technoindustry.
