ArmInfo.Armenia's Minister of Economy Vahan Kerobyan hosted Ms Carolin Geginat, WB Country Manager for Armenia.
The sides discussed prospects for cooperation, particularly a transition to green economy, development of competitive climate-smart agriculture (CSA), logistic improvement and export organization. The sides also exchanged views on enhancing the productivity through cooperation between the government and private sectors.
Participating in the meeting were also Deputy Ministers of Economy Arman Khojoyan and Armen Arzumanyan.
Since Armenia joined the World Bank in 1992, it has received loans and grants exceeding $2bln.
