ArmInfo.Armenia's Ministry of Economy on Monday will host a meeting with businessmen forcibly displaced from Nagorno-Karabakh. At his press conference earlier, Armenia's Minister of Economy Vahan Kerobyan said that the meeting is aimed at ensuring the Artsakh businessmen's integration into Armenia's business environment.
"We must understand the needs of our fellow-countrymen to enable them to resume their business activities as soon as possible," the minister said.
The Minister also spoke about the work on developing a comprehensive long-term program together with the Deputy Prime Ministers of Armenia, which will be aimed at providing jobs for over 100 thousand citizens of Artsakh, at their social and economic integration in Armenia. In this context, Kerobyan said that the program will be ready within a month. At the same time, he noted that dozens of companies operating in various fields are already actively hiring Armenian from Artsakh.
