Team begins cooperation with Loft to promote activation and  dissemination of projects for young people

Emphasizing the importance of development of the regions and programs implemented  within the framework of social responsibility, Team Telecom Armenia begins cooperation with Loft to promote the activation and dissemination of educational, cultural, entertainment projects for young people in the regions of the country. This is stated in the Team message.

As part of the collaboration, Team Telecom Armenia provides free  high-speed Internet to the Loft youth centers of Ijevan and Meghri,  creating more favorable conditions for the involvement of young  people and the development of communication. This will allow  expanding the range of projects and programs of the centers, which  are organized online.

"The development and strengthening of the regions that are our  priority is also connected with the young people living in these  communities. By collaborating with Loft, we support these young  people by providing them with access to quality entertainment,  networking and endless access to modern educational resources," Team  Telecom Armenia CEO Hayk Yesayan says.

In turn, General Director of Loft centers Arevik Ambartsumyan,  emphasizing the importance of cooperation with Team Telecom Armenia,  noted: "Partnership with such large companies is very important and  interesting. Such support will further reduce the distance between  the regions and the capital, both literally and figuratively.  High-speed Internet access and improved communications for the  region's young people are essential to our centers. This investment,  I am sure, is the beginning of partnerships that will contribute to  the development and progress of the centers in the future." Thanks to  the initiative, young people living in the regions will also have the  opportunity to follow the broadcasts of international, republican and  other events in Loft centers, thus becoming part of cultural,  educational, sports and other events.

Team Telecom Armenia provides Internet, digital television, mobile  and fixed communication services throughout the Republic of Armenia.

The company was the first in Armenia to conduct an IPO, becoming even  more open and public. As the heir to the first telecommunications  system in Armenia, Team combines the rich experience of the first  telecom operator with modern technologies. Since 2021, the company  has begun building a unique NGN (Next Generation Network) network in  the region with a speed of 25 Gbit/s using 25G-PON technology, which  will provide high-quality Internet to all residents of Armenia.

In 2014, a public, social and multifunctional project of a unique  format, Loft  was opened in Yerevan , which promised to take 3rd  place after home, place of work and/or educational institution. 

About 10 years later, in 2023, more than one such centers were  established in RA, the network expanded both spatially and in format:  Loft Yerevan, Loft Gyumri, Loft Vanadzor, Loft Ijevan and Loft Meghri  (the last three in cooperation with the Ministry of Education of the  Republic of Armenia, in the field of science, culture and sports.
