ArmInfo.The US Agency for International Development (USAID) is launching a new Economic Foundations for Resilient Armenia project in Armenia.
According to the press service of the Ministry of Economy, the main goal of the project is to contribute to strengthening the economic sustainability of Armenia, increasing competitiveness and improving the economic management of the country through close cooperation between the public and private sectors (PPP).
The budget for the program, which will be implemented by the Cultivating New Frontiers for Agriculture (CNFA) organization, is $24.5 million.

Armenian Minister of Economy Vahan Kerobyan noted that within the framework of the project, reforms will be carried out aimed at increasing the sustainability of both private and public management systems and ensuring economic growth.
According to the source, at the event on the launch of the project, memorandums of intent were signed between USAID and the Ministry of Economy, as well as the Enterprise Armenia Foundation.
