Unified real estate register to be established in Armenia

ArmInfo.A unified real estate register will be established in Armenia. This was announced on  January 9 at a press conference by the head of the Cadastre Committee Suren Tovmasyan.

According to Tovmasyan, in the future, this will allow us to have a  more realistic understanding of the real estate market, besides, the  prices will be closer to reality.

In addition, a law on real estate activities has already been  developed and put into circulation, which regulates the process of  transfer by owners of powers to sell or manage real estate.
