So, in general, private investors, companies, as well as the stock exchange, all of them can participate in it. Director of the Financial Stability Directorate at the Central Bank of Armenia Garegin Gevorgyan stated during the first Investment and Financial Forum, speaking about the current realities arising from the geopolitical situation.
However, Gevorgyan noted that in this context it is necessary to strictly observe all requirements, both in terms of sanctions and AML (anti-money laundering). The representative of the Central Bank noted in this regard that Armenia supports the sanctions regimes, however without joining them.
