Failure to comply with the requirements of the RA Law "On the Protection of Personal Data" entails administrative liability determined by the RA Code of Administrative Offenses in the amount of 200-500 thousand drams. The agency calls on persons processing personal data to strictly comply with the rules for processing personal data," the source notes.
