ArmInfo. As part of his working visit to France, Minister of High- Tech Industry of Armenia Mkhitar Hayrapetyan visited the largest international exhibition of the ground and air defense and security industry EUROSATORY.
The exhibition is organized by GICAT (French organization of defense and security industries). It is reported that the minister held meetings with representatives of military-industrial companies, both from Armenia and from other countries. As part of a special event initiated by GICAT, Hayrapetyan presented the potential of more than 10 Armenian military-industrial companies participating in the exhibition.
Eurosatory is the largest international exhibition of the ground and air defense and security industry, which is held every two years at the Paris-Nord Villepinte exhibition center in Paris. This year it is expected that more than 1,800 representatives from 90 countries, as well as about 98,000 visitors and specialists will take part in the exhibition.
The Armenian pavilion is presented by member companies of the France-Armenia Chamber of Commerce and Industry and local companies of the military-industrial complex. The exhibition provided an opportunity to present their technologies and solutions for the first time on a European international platform with the aim of signing contracts.
