ArmInfo. The Alliance of Advanced Technology Companies has signed a memorandum of understanding with the National Committee of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC NCA). Cooperation between the parties involves support in organizing the World Congress of Innovation and Technology (WCIT2024/DigiTec) and assistance in attracting international participants.
The Congress will take place from October 4 to October 7 at the Sports and Concert Hall named after. K. Demirchyan. Over these four days, WCIT2024/DigiTec will transform Armenia into a technological thought center, providing a platform for the world's leading industry speakers, panel discussions and B2B meetings.
"I am pleased to announce that the World Congress of Innovation and Technology has gained such fame and recognition that today we are already signing a memorandum of cooperation with the ICC National Committee. I am confident that thanks to effective steps we will be able to once again attract the attention of the whole world to the technological event in Armenia this fall," said Sargis Karapetyan, executive director of the Union of Advanced Technology Companies.
More than 2 thousand international delegates are expected to take part in the Congress.
Among the eminent guests are the author of the international bestseller "How to Raise a Successful Person" Esther Wojcicki, the founder of the ABBYY group of companies David Yang, the co-founder of Picsart Hovhannes Avoyan, the technical director of TELUS Ibrahim Gedeon and others.
